I'm in California and would be willing to help. I think the concept is sound, for covering site fees alone if nothing else.
Previously the only way that you could search the site was by being a member and being logged in. We have now implemented a limited search function for visitors to the site who are not logged in.
Excel would be a great format for me to work with. However, I am not sure about Cousins in Google.
